Master Plan Ministries is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) non-denominational Christian organization.  Based out of Durango, CO, our ministry work has three major areas of focus: the campus ministry, the men's ministry and the Cascade Lodge ministry.  Most recently, Master Plan has acquired a property near Durango that will be used as a Great Commission training facility (called Three Trails Ranch).

          Russ and Linda Akins founded Master Plan Ministries in 1985 at Ft. Lewis College in Durango, CO.  It is now comprised of ministry at Ft. Lewis College, Colorado Mesa University, and Master Plan Denver.

          There are currently 12 full-time staff working with the ministry.  We also have a committed Board of Directors, all of whom hold ministry responsibilities with other ministries.
